All delivery costs are based upon sending to the UK Mainland only. For all other areas please request a quotation for carriage charges.

All orders up to the value of £70.00 incur a £4.00 carriage charge for home delivery, all orders over £70.00 are free of carriage… so why not club together with your friends and place an order together! The more YOU buy the more YOU SAVE!! Bespoke garments may take longer, but you will be informed of this at the time of purchase and kept in touch with any delays in your order or stocking issues.  Order will be delivered within 5 working days to the address of the cardholder. Please NOTE that it can take up to 14 working days to deliver during the Back To School season  ( August/September).

Our School Delivery Option is Free for all orders over £30.00. Orders below £30 will incur a charge of £2.99. Orders will be delivered to your school office on Tuesday of the school week. We are not able to deliver to Secondary School at the moment.

Please note that our merchant services provider will verify cardholder’s addresses and if the address is not that of the cardholder your goods will not be sent. All deliveries must be signed by an authorised person at the delivery address, special delivery arrangements can be made but we will need your confirmation to arrange this. You must notify us of non-receipt of goods within 10 days of placing your order. Any items due for delivery after that time will be notified by e-mail or phone.
