Delivery Policy
1. Our delivery charges are detailed during the order process on our website.
2. Additional charges may apply for certain deliveries, and there may be some locations to which we are unable to deliver.
3. Please be aware that we can only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, excluding the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, specific parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.
4. Goods will be delivered to the address specified in your order. It is essential that this address is accurate.
5. If you are not present at the time of delivery, please provide clear instructions regarding an appropriate location for us to leave the goods.
6. Please note that if goods are left as per your written instructions, you assume full responsibility for them.
7. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered according to your instructions, unless such loss or damage is due to our negligence.
8. While we endeavour to meet the quoted delivery dates, these times are not guaranteed.
9. Should delivery be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will extend the delivery period accordingly and contact you to arrange an alternative date.
10. Ownership of the goods transfers to you upon delivery. Thereafter, the goods are held at your own risk, and we do not accept responsibility for their loss or destruction.
