Returns Policy
1. Kedaph Schoolwear Ltd welcomes exchanges and returns.
2. To initiate a return, please contact us for a Returns Approval and send your purchase in its original condition to our Bletchley address within 30 days.
3. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by any enclosed documentation.
4. Upon receipt, we will exchange the item or, if preferred, issue a CREDIT NOTE, excluding the original delivery charge.
5. Returns are accepted only if dispatched within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise arranged with us.
6. All products must be unworn and returned in original packaging; customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods for exchange.
7. We reserve the right to apply additional postage fees for repeated dispatch of replacement products at our discretion.
8. For online purchases, refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt.
9. Items bought in-store are not refundable but may be exchanged or have a credit note issued.
10. Click and Collect items uncollected after 60 days will not be refunded, but may be exchanged or credited.
11. Kedaph Schoolwear Limited reserves the right to refuse any order.
